Abstract:
To provide a gas-containing base material that can contain a large amount of hydrogen gas without having gelatin as the essential component, and prevents coloration.SOLUTION: A gas-containing base material contains a gelatinous composition containing hydrogen gas. The content of hydrogen gas in a foamy state is 10 to 90 vol.% [v/w]. The composition contains at least one emulsifier selected from the group consisting of saponin, sucrose fatty acid ester, glycerol fatty acid ester, lecithin and sodium caseinate.
