Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve boiling cooking satisfactorily particularly in a control method of a combustion flow rate of a gas cooker.
SOLUTION: There are provided treating means 1 for heating a pan, heating control means 24 for controlling the heating means, temperature detection means 2 for detecting the temperature of the pan, and cooking mode set means 27 for setting cooking mode. The cooking control means 24 has spilling-out prevention mode where fire control is performed by changing a plurality of predetermined calories in a predetermined time after boiling when the control is set to a spilling prevention mode with cooking mode set means 27. Provided the spilling-out prevention mode is set when a boiled product is cooked, spilling-out, which can be experienced by any person when a boiled product such as noodles is boiled, is prevented, and the noodle can be finished with fire suitable for boiling.
