Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent small pores provided in a floor plate of a tray from being clogged with solid matters such as a sulfide or the like by providing a plurality of stages of trays over a range from a top part to a bottom part of an interior of a cooler chamber and rotatably supporting them to a cooler chamber with shafts attached to both end sides of the trays. SOLUTION: A plurality of trays 2 are attached in an interior of a cooler chamber 1 from a top side to a bottom side alternately, the tray 2 has a shape formed by surrounding a floor plate having a large number of holes 2a made therein with frames and shafts 3 are secured to the frames opposite to each other. The shafts 3 are made to penetrate wall parts of the cooler chamber 1, and penetrating parts are freely rotatably supported in bearings provided in the wall parts. Spaces between the trays 2 is provided in such a manner that two trays neighboring each other are free from interference with one another when being rotated, and a flexible fin 5 is bonded on a side part of the tray 2 in contact with an inner face of the cooler chamber 1 and gas leakage through a side part of the tray 2 is suppressed.
