Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the force necessary for controlling a diaphragm by connecting an operating lever installed onto a diaphragm for opening and closing gas passage to the electromagnetic driving part through a connecting lever supported turnably on the bearing part. CONSTITUTION:An operating lever 4 is installed onto a diaphragm 14 for opening and closing gas passages 11 and 12, and the operating lever 4 is connected with the electromagnetic driving part 8 through the connection lever 5 supported turnably onto the bearing part 6. Thus, the diaphragm 14 can be driven by a lever mechanism, and can be controlled sufficiently by a small electromagnetic force.
