Abstract:
To cut a cutting target material with gas by making a worker perform no manual operation, and by stabilizing cutting quality.SOLUTION: A gas-cutting apparatus 100 comprises: a post-mixing system cutting nozzle 1, which are supplied with a fuel gas, a preheating oxygen gas, and a cutting oxygen gas; a portable type bogie 30, configured to be movable to a position of cutting target material S by cantilever, hold the cutting nozzle 1, and are configured to be movable with the cutting nozzle 1 at a predetermined travel speed over the cutting target material; and a control device 40, which is installed by separation from the bogie 30 and electrically connected with the bogie 30, and controls at least a travel speed of at least the bogie 30, a flow rate of the fuel gas, a flow rate of the preheating oxygen gas, and a flow rate of the cutting oxygen gas in accordance with the copper kind and plate thickness of the cutting target material S. The control device 40 controls 30 so that the travel speed of the bogie 30 may change from the first speed through an acceleration time to the second speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
