PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform flow speed by a method wherein a plurality of distributing plates, orthogonal to the outer peripheral surface and the surface of a gas outlet port, are provided in an annular casing with a predetermined space in circumferential direction and all lower ends of the distributing plates are positioned so as to have an equal distance from the surface of gas outlet port while the height of the distributing plates becomes higher as the plate is positioned at deeper place in the circumferential direction of the same.
SOLUTION: A plurality of distributing plates 5 are arranged in an annular casing 1 with an equal space along the circumferential direction of the casing 1 so as to be orthogonal to the outer peripheral surface of the casing 1 and the surface of an air outlet port. The lower ends of all distributing plates 5 are positioned at an equal distance from the surface of the air outlet port and the height of the distributing plates 5, positioned near to a partitioning plate 7 along the peripheral direction of the casing 1, is larger than that of the air distributing plates positioned at the side of an air supplying port 1a. When air is sent into the casing 1 by pressure, the air is distributed evenly by the effect of the plurality of distributing plates 5 and is sent out of nozzles. According to this method, annular air curtain, having uniform flow speed, is formed below the air diffuser device.
