PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-dissolved liquid generating device that can acquire high-concentration gas-dissolved liquid in a short time without causing an increase in size of a device.SOLUTION: A gas-dissolved liquid generating device includes a water intake path (1b) and a return path (1c) branching downstream of a gas-liquid mixing pump (2), where a cross sectional area when the water intake path (1b) is cut in a direction orthogonal to the water passing direction thereof is smaller than a cross sectional area when the return path (1c) is cut in a direction orthogonal to the water passing direction thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
