To certainly separate an excessive gas from a gas-dissolved liquid in a gas dissolving vessel provided with a gas-liquid separation function.
The tank 41 of the gas dissolving vessel 14 is constituted of an internal cylinder 23 forming a gas-dissolved part 24 which makes a gas-dissolved liquid by dissolving the gas in a gas-liquid mixture fluid into a liquid in an inner side thereof and an external cylinder 21 forming a gas-liquid separating part 25 which separates the excessive gas from the gas-dissolved liquid between the internal cylinder 23 and it. Gas bubbles are generated by spraying the gas-liquid mixture fluid into the liquid layer of the gas-dissolved part 24 through a spraying nozzle 44. There are provided a first passing through part 30 passing through the gas-dissolved liquid and the excessive gas from the gas-dissolved part 24 toward the gas-liquid separating part 25, an exhaust opening 32 exhausting the excessive gas of the gas layer of the gas-liquid separating part 25 to the outside of the tank 41, and a discharge opening 51 installed at the lower part of the external cylinder 21 and discharging the gas-dissolved liquid moving the gas-dissolved part 24 down to the outside of the tank 41.
