Abstract:
To improve the easiness of distribution of gas in a distribution port.
A delivery port 27 comprises a first tapered divergent part 28 and a second tapered divergent part 29. The cross sectional areas of the first divergent part 28 and the second divergent part 29 are increased from the upstream (cylinder bore 111 side) of the delivery port 27 to the downstream (delivery chamber 132 side) thereof. The increasing rate of the cross sectional area of the second divergent part 29 is larger than that of the first divergent part 28. The second divergent part 29 is connected to the first divergent part 28, and the maximum cross sectional area of the first divergent part 28 is the minimum cross sectional area of the second divergent part 29.
