PURPOSE: A plurality of gas-distributing branched pipes having gas-jetting holes on both sides are radially arranged and at the same time gas flow controllers are equipped to each branched pipe, thus distributing the cooling gas equally and uniformalizing the temperature distrubution in cooling tank.
