Abstract:
To provide a structure for supporting a gas dynamic pressure bearing even if applied with a force in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A gas dynamic pressure bearing has a shaft 31 having a shaft dynamic pressure part 315, and a sleeve 25 having a sleeve dynamic pressure part 255 opposing the shaft dynamic pressure part via a clearance in a radial direction. A thrust bearing 5 which can be positioned in an axial direction by a rotation-side magnet 311 supported to the shaft, and a first fixed-side magnet 251 and a second fixed-side magnet 261 which are supported to the sleeve is arranged at one side in an axial direction. The rotation-side magnet is formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction, and has a different magnetic pole in the axial direction. The first fixed-side magnet is formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction, opposes the fixed-side magnet via a clearance in the radial direction, and has a magnetic pole different from the magnetic pole of the rotation-side magnet in the radial direction. The second fixed-side magnet is located at one side in the axial direction rather than the rotation-side magnet, and opposes the rotation-side magnet with a clearance in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
