Abstract:
To maintain a liquefied gas at an optimum temp. for its vaporization, attain the efficient vaporization, and efficiently conduct the heat generated by an electric heater to the liquefied gas.
A cassette gas cylinder 22 is accommodated in an outside temp. shielding case 21 being operable and having therein a temp. sensor 33 detecting the temp. of cylinder 22 and an electric heater 25 heating the cylinder 22, and the heater 25 is controlled so that the temp. detected by the sensor 33 may be in a proper range.
