Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of filling gas efficiently in a bomb valve.
CONSTITUTION: A gas inlet hole 6 of a valve box 4 is communicated with a gas outlet hole 8 after passing through a gas inlet passage 11, a stop valve seat 12 and a stop valve chamber 13 in order. A stop valve body 16 inserted into this stop valve chamber 13 is operated so as to open/close the stop valve seat 12 by means of a handle wheel 19. A check valve chamber 28, a check valve seat 27 and a gas receiving hole 10 are branched off in a linear shape from the gas inlet passage 11, and a check valve body 30 inserted into the check valve chamber 28 is suppressed to the check valve seat 27 by means of a check spring 31 so as to be closed. The tip part of a gas filling metal fitting 34 is connected to the peripheral wall 9 of this gas receiving hole 10 in a tightly fitting state. A valve opening tool 35 opposing the check valve body 30 from the gas receiving hole 10 side is arranged so as to be movable forward/backward freely to/from this check valve body 30.
