Abstract:
To provide a soldering device having a gas generating device for supplying a gas containing carboxylic acid of high concentration.
The gas generating device 20 includes a container 21, a liquid feed pipe 23 and an air feed pipe 24 formed in the container 21, a gas extraction section 26 formed to supply a carboxylic acid-containing gas 25 containing carboxylic acid 22 and a carrier gas to outside the container 21, temperature control means 27 installed outside the container 21, for controlling the temperature of the carboxylic acid 22, and liquid level detecting means 28 for detecting a liquid level 22a of the carboxylic acid 22.
