Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject gas generator capable of realizing high reaction rate even at relatively low pressures and of generating a low-temperature gas, also easy to gather the residues after gas generation.
CONSTITUTION: The objective gas generator can be obtained by incorporating (A) a gas generator composed of a metallic azide and an oxidizing agent with (B) 10-50wt.% of an inorganic solid 10-500μ in mean particle diameter, neither oxidized nor reduced during combustion reaction.
