Title:
GAS HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3506894
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid burning out leads in a pan bottom sensor or support pipe, by mounting a heat insulating tube surrounding the pan bottom sensor disposed inside a heat insulator of a soup receiving dish and support pipe on the gas heater body.
SOLUTION: An inner flange 4a is formed at a heat insulating part 4b of a soup receiving dish 4, a wide insulating space is ensured between the heat insulating part 4b and a heat insulating part 42 disposed inside the heat insulating part 4b, the top of the heat insulating space is made narrow to hardly penetrate the broth in the heat insulating space and hide the heat insulating space and the heat insulating tube 42 from outside, and the heat insulating tube 42 surrounds a pan bottom sensor 3 and a support pipe 34 and is mounted on the gas heater body. As a result, if a burner 20 should be ignited without mounting the soup receiving dish 4, the heat insulating tube 42 can shut the pan bottom sensor inside and support pipe 34 from the flame and hot air to avoid burning out off leads.
