Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the setting of output pattern of standard gas.
CONSTITUTION: An output pattern comprising actual measurements and an output pattern comprising values obtained by adding or multiplying a random number within a predetermined range (or a normalized random number) to or by each output value of the output pattern are stored, as output patterns of standard gas, in an information processor. The output pattern of calculated values provides substantially identical results as the output pattern of standard gas obtained by repeating actual measurement. Consequently, an output pattern comprising data corresponding in number to a plurality of times of measurement can be obtained by one time measurement thus facilitating setting of output pattern for standard gas.
