Abstract:
To miniaturize a gas information acquisition device.SOLUTION: A gas information acquisition device has a gas suction/discharge device comprising a micro-blower that sucks and discharges gas, and a sensor that is arranged on the gas discharge side from the micro-blower and acquires information on the gas, and a tubular member that is connected to the suction side of the gas suction/discharge device and extends to a measurement region of the gas information. The tubular member comprises a cavity that is a part of a flow path of the gas, and at least one elongated cut that is provided along a longitudinal direction of the tubular member and sucks the gas into the cavity. A pair of posture holding members covering an outer peripheral surface of the tubular member is provided on both sides of the cut. The posture holding member is deformed according to a load to open and close the cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
