Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated electrical device with high insulation reliability.SOLUTION: A gas insulated electrical device 1 comprises: a container 2 filled with insulation gas; a high-voltage conductor 3 which is arranged inside the container 2 and to which a predetermined voltage is applied; and an insulation support member 4 which insulatively supports the high-voltage conductor 3 with respect to the container 2. The high-voltage conductor 3 is covered with a first dielectric film 6. The first dielectric film 6 includes: a first principal surface 6A which is exposed to the inside of the container 2; and a second principal surface 6B which is located on the opposite side to the first principal surface 6A and which comes into contact with the high-voltage conductor 3. The first dielectric film 6 is not provided with a through-hole which has a hole diameter equal to or smaller than a diameter of an electron avalanche in a usage state of the gas insulated electrical device 1 and which ranges from the first principal surface 6A to the second principal surface 6B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
