PURPOSE: To provide the titled apparatus with excellent cooling efficiency making production easier by a method wherein semihardened prepregnant materials molded into one body with high voltage strip windings on the periphery thereof while semihardened patty thermosetting resins are molded into one body together with the strip windings and inter strip winding spacers between said windings and spacers.
CONSTITUTION: Multiple strip windings 1aW1e formed of overlap-wound conductor and interlayer insulating material are laminated in the axial direction through the intermediary of inter strip winding spacers 3 engaged with linear spacers 9a arranged on an insulating cylinder 2 to constitute a high voltage winding 1B. Semihardened prepregnant materials 4 are molded into one body on the periphery of strip windings 1aW1e of said high voltage winding 1B while semihardened patty thermosetting resins 5 are molded into one body together with the strip windings 1aW1e and the inter strip winding spacers 3 between said windings 1aW1e and spacers 3. Through these procedures, it becomes unnecessary to mold the overall windings and assemble the molded windings together as usual so that the titled gas insulated induction electric apparatus with high shortcircuit mechanical power, excellent cooling efficiency and potential distribution subject to compact and light-weighted configulation making production easier may be provided.
