Abstract:
To enable changing a rubber vibration isolator by only using a jack without a lifting device.
A vibration-isolating unit 11 is placed between a floor and a gas insulated switching apparatus. The vibration-isolating unit 11 is made up of a bottom unit 12, rubber vibration isolators 14, and an upper unit 13, which are stacked. A plurality of bolts 15 penetrate the upper unit 13, the rubber vibration isolators 14, and the bottom unit 12, and are screwed by nuts 16 at both ends so as to enable changing the vibration-isolating unit 11 as a unit.
