To provide a gas jetting device capable of effectively radiating heat emitted from a heating element while minimizing the generation of noise, and an electronic device to which the gas jetting device is mounted.
The gas jetting device 1 includes a vibrator 25, and jets gas as a pulsating flow so that sound waves which are generated when gases are jetted from nozzles 23 and 24 are canceled with respect to each other by the vibration of the vibrator 25. A space between openings of the nozzles 23 and 24 is 1/2 or smaller of wavelengths of the sound waves. Furthermore, a control part 20 makes a frequency of the vibrator 25 as an optimum frequency, so that an amount of jetted gas is maximized while suppressing the noise, thus allowing the heating element to be effectively radiated.
