Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leak repair method for gas insulation equipment capable of greatly reducing labor without needing special skills compared to conventional methods, and facilitating blockage with functions retained even in a place where it is difficult to perform construction.SOLUTION: A gas leak repair method for gas insulation equipment comprises: a scraping step A of removing rust, dirt and old coating film of a coating portion around a leak place R; a bonding step B of bonding a caulking material 11 over a predetermined range around the leak place R so that a flange part 12a of a flange nut 12 is contacted and fixed to the leak place R by making a nut hole 12b of the flange nut 12 function as a leak path; and a bolt fastening step C of torque-fastening a bolt 13 to the nut hole 12b of the flange nut 12 through a seal washer 14 after hardening of the caulking material 11, and blocking the nut hole 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
