To provide a gas-liquid mixed dissolving apparatus to effectively conducting the gas-liquid mixed dissolution.
The gas-liquid mixed dissolving apparatus consists of two tubular bodies of which the diameters are different each other and which have a common central axis to the axial direction, and which have slits to the axial direction and have a plurality of ribs in parallel with the central axis wherein the inner tubular body is brought into outer contact with the ribs and the outer tubular body is brought into inner contact with the ribs. The mixed gas-liquid stream is sheared and refined by operating the inner tubular body with a high-speed rotation by means of fixation of the outer tubular body, introducing the gas-liquid stream into the inner tubular body under pressure and having the gas-liquid mixed stream passed through the outer tubular body from the inside of the inner tubular body. Then the gas-liquid stream is mixed and dissolved by each rib of two tubular bodies.
