A float 71 operates in conjunction with a change in level of ozone water stored in the derivation chamber 42. A horizontal cross section area of the float 71 is smaller than a cross section area of a derivation flow path 44 at a surface of the ozone water stored in the derivation chamber 42. The derivation flow path 44 has a cross section area that is obtained by deducting at least the horizontal cross section area of the float 71 from a horizontal cross section area of the derivation chamber 42.
