To prevent a liquid level from forming a recessed surface by preventing turning of a liquid reserving chamber, and to facilitate the inflow of liquid sticking to an upper surface of a partition wall member to the liquid reserving chamber.

A turning blade 12 is arranged in an annular space 11 formed of a body 1 and an exhaust pipe 10. An upper part of the annular space 11 is connected to an inlet 4, and the upper part is connected to an outlet 5 via an inside hole of the exhaust pipe 10. A turning chamber 14 is formed under the annular space 11. The liquid reserving chamber 15 is formed under the turning chamber 14, and the lower end is connected to a liquid discharge port 8. The partition wall member 17 is arranged between the turning chamber 14 and the liquid reserving chamber 15. Liquid passing clearance 19 is formed between the outer peripheral edge of the partition wall member 17 and an inner peripheral wall of a bottom cover 3. A liquid passing through hole composed of an elongate hole 20 and a central hole 21 is formed in the partition wall member 17. A mesh member 16 made of a textile and knitted goods of a corrosion resistant fine line such as stainless steel is inserted and filled in the liquid reserving chamber 15.
