Abstract:
To provide a gas meter management system capable of facilitating a recovery operation by a user when gas is shut off by a gas meter.SOLUTION: A gas meter management system comprises a gas meter 200, a center device 100 communicating with the gas meter 200, and a terminal device 300 which can communicate with the center device 100. When it receives shut-off information from the gas meter 200, the center device 100 transmits a shut-off reason to the terminal device 300. The terminal device 300 displays a question for the shut-off reason, and displays an action to be taken on the basis of input of a reply to the question.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
