Abstract:
To provide a gas meter capable of resetting a CPU on the basis of an operation state even when the CPU is operating.SOLUTION: The gas meter includes: a monitoring unit 11 that monitors the clock frequency of a CPU of an own machine and determines whether the clock frequency is within a range of the threshold; a reset unit 12 for resetting the CPU when the monitoring unit 11 has determined that the clock frequency is not within the range of the threshold; and a recovery unit 14 that, when the reset unit 12 has performed the reset, recovers the own machine to the state before the reset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
