Abstract:
To provide a gas meter and a gas meter power consumption management system that enable the gas meter and gas meter power consumption management system to be prevented from being inoperable beforehand.SOLUTION: A gas meter is the gas meter that is installed in each of a plurality of user houses, and the gas meter comprises: an acceleration sensor that detects acceleration; a control device; and a battery that supplies electric power to the acceleration sensor and control device. On the basis of the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor, the control device outputs an alarm signal when an operation mode transitions from an ordinary mode to at least one or more computation modes in which power consumption in the battery is more than that in the ordinary mode, and an integrated value of values pertaining to the power consumption exceeds a preliminarily determined assumed integration value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
