A gas meter includes: a flow channel 3 to which gas 2 flows; unit time passage volume derivation means 13 for calculating unit time passage volume ΔV which is volume of the gas 2 which passes through the flow channel 3 per unit time; unit time passage calorie derivation means 23 for calculating unit time passage calorie ΔQ which is calorie of the gas 2 which passes through the flow channel 3 per unit time; flow rate integration means 14 for holding a flow rate integrated value ΣΔV which is an integrated value of the unit time passage volume ΔV; calorie integration means 24 for holding a calorie integrated value ΣΔQ which is an integrated value of the unit time passage calorie ΔQ; and external display means 6 for displaying numerical values to the outside, and the external display means 6 is constituted so as to perform changeover display of the flow rate integrated value ΣΔV and the calorie integrated value ΣΔQ as the numerical values.
