Abstract:
To provide a gas meter capable of searching for external devices connected when prescribed conditions are met.SOLUTION: A gas meter 1 has a shutoff valve 2, flow rate measuring means 5, recovery means 3, forced shutoff means 6, external communication means 9, and control means 7. A connected device search instruction means 8 is configured so as to, when the recovery means 3 starts the opening operation and determines the opening operation has completed, instruct the control means 7 to search the connected devices, and the control means 7 carries out the search the devices connected to the external communication means 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
