Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a gas metering valve capable of simultaneously sealing a gas of a desired volume under a desired pressure in each valve element and simultaneously releasing the gas from each valve element to the outside thereof after the passage of a desired time and an apparatus for producing a food material capable of producing the food material having a unique flavor and the storability by using the gas metering valve.
SOLUTION: This gas metering valve is obtained by interposing a movable container body 3 between each gas feeding container body 1 for feeding a gas under a desired pressure and each gas releasing container body 2 so as to enable the free movement, dividing the movable container body 3 into plural divided chambers 3', providing plural releasing ports 2' in the gas releasing container body 2, arranging a movable mechanism 5 in the movable container body 3, providing the movable container body 3 and the gas container body 1 with a communicating state, sealing a pressurized gas in the divided chambers 3', further moving the movable container body 3 with the movable mechanism 5, changing over the movable container body 3 and the gas releasing container body 2 to a communicating state and thereby controlling the movable mechanism 5 so as to simultaneously release the sealed gas in the divided chambers 3' from the release ports 2' for the gas releasing container body 2.
