To provide a gas outlet guide tube of a turbine, which can improve its diffuser performance without the need of increasing a gas outlet casing in size by incorporation with the established or existing gas outlet casing.
The gas outlet guide tube 20 of the turbine is received within an outlet passage 21a of the gas outlet casing 21 of the turbine which is configured to be constant in diameter in a thickness direction and increase in diameter at a predetermined rate in a width direction with distance from its lower end to its upper end wherein an inlet side opening 31 in the shape of a circle from a front view is provided in the front 21b, and an outlet side opening 32 in the shape of a rectangle from a front view is provided in one side surface 21c positioned in a plane perpendicular to a plane including the front 21b. The length along the center line of the inlet side opening 31 and along the center line of a tubular part 20b in the shape of a trumpet which increases in diameter with distance from its base end to its front end is configured to increase at the predetermined rate with distance from its lower end to its upper end conforming to the size of the outlet passage 21a in the width direction.
