A protection ring (1) is inserted between the cylindrical part (33) outside of the waterproof packing (4) and the back surface of the operation handle (2). The protection ring is structured with an annular cylindrical part (11), which simultaneously outer fits to the outer peripheral end of an open part of the cylindrical part (33) and the outer peripheral end of a mounting part of the operation handle (2), and an annular flange part (12), which protrudes inward from its inside circumferential surface and is inserted between the outer peripheral end of an open part and the outer peripheral end of mounting part.
