Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate any false operation at the valve change-over time by providing no stable point for valve operation while it is changed over, and having the valve make snap action. CONSTITUTION:A pilot pressure chamber 8 is formed inside a three-port change- over valve having an air supply port 2, an atmosphere port 3 and a load port 4. By utilizing the variation of pressure in the chamber 8 which is capable of setting the variation ratio of pressure via a flow limitting means, a valve B (floating valve 13) having a larger pressure receiving area at the valve opening time than that at the valve closing time is disposed to open and close the passage between the air supply port 2 and the load port 4, and a valve A (poppet valve 12) is dispored to open and close the passage between the atmosphere port 3 and the load port 4. By opening the valve A, the valve B is closed and by opening the valve B, the valve A is closed. The valve is therefore makes no stall in the neutral position when it is changed over, thereby surely achieving the valve change-over operation.
