PURPOSE: To provide a gas pressure servo-system having a satisfactory dynamic characteristic with less consumption power.
CONSTITUTION: In a gas pressure servo system having at least one servo valve and a gas pressure cylinder, a high pressure chamber 03 is provided in a supply side port P of the gas pressure servo valve 06 which is connected to the gas pressure cylinder 07, and a low pressure chamber 9 is provided at a discharge port R. There are provided a high pressure compressor 16 for boosting gas in the low pressure chamber 9 and feeding the same to the high pressure chamber 03, a low pressure compressor 10 or a pressure supply device for holding a low pressure, a relief valves 04, 13 for maintaining the pressures of both high and low pressure chambers 03, 04 at a constant value.
