Abstract:
To provide a gas refining apparatus capable of being applied for the refining of a mixed gas containing a strongly adsorbed component and refining a product gas in high purity.SOLUTION: In a pressure swing adsorption type gas refining apparatus 10 comprising first adsorption towers 2a, 2b having a first adsorbent adsorbing a first component and a second component, a connection line L2 flowing propene and propane, second adsorption towers 3a, 3b having a second adsorbent adsorbing propene, a first derivation line L3 flowing propane and a plurality of regeneration gas lines L5, L6 connected to the first derivation line: first adsorption layers 6a, 6b and second adsorption layers 7a, 7b are layered in the first adsorption tower; and the regeneration gas lines L5, L6 are respectively connected to the first adsorption towers 2a, 2b so as to supply propane to the secondary side of each adsorption layer while regulating the temperature of propane in accordance with the kind of the first component or the second component adsorbed in each adsorption layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
