Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas recovery-recharging system capable of reducing a rate of SF6 remaining without recharging a target tank with the SF6 among the SF6 recovered from a target tank.SOLUTION: A gas recovery-recharging system comprises: a separation device (2) separating and condensing gas in a target tank (1); a liquefaction unit (5) liquefying the gas separated and condensed by the separation device (2); a gas-liquid separator (6) directly connected to the liquefaction unit (5); a gas-phase recovery container (7) recovering a gas-phase fluid separated by the gas-liquid separator (6); a liquid-phase recovery container (8) recovering liquid-phase fluid separated by the gas-liquid separator (6); and a controller (20) flowing back the gas-phase fluid recovered by the gas-phase recovery container (7) and the liquid-phase fluid recovered by the liquid-phase recovery container (8) to the target tank (1), thereby recharging the target tank (1) with the gas.
