Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce working force of a needle valve by controlling the needle valve by angle displacement with regard to a bellows.
CONSTITUTION: A control chamber with a gas-tight bellows has a lever 49 connected around a fixed shaft 50 in a sluice valve controlled by a bellows system. The other end 51 of the lever 49 is connected to the shaft 52 of a control rod 53. The control rod 53 is translationally guided by rollers 54, 55 under an action of a rack 56 engaged to a pinion. The pinion is driven by an electric motor 57 advancing and retreating reversing in a direction of control operation signals between signals generated by a pressure sensor disposed at a downstream of a needle 40 and standard signals for controlling.
