Abstract:
To achieve a reliable gas sensor for operating in an environment in which water vapor exists.
A resistor 28 with high resistance is inserted to input terminals of a voltage detection means 27 for inputting a voltage across electrodes for detecting a gas. A partial pressure voltage of a heater voltage due to the water vapor is reduced by utilizing a resistance ratio of the resistor 28 with high resistance and an insulative film. The reliability for detecting carbon monoxide in the environment in which the water vapor exists, is improved.
