Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrict the increase of cost for detecting gas concentration and gas flow velocity to the minimum by sharing a heat-generating body for detection of the gas concentration and for detection of the gas flow velocity.
CONSTITUTION: Concentration of a steam of a gas is detected by a gas-sensitive film 24. At the same time, gas in the vicinity of a heat-generating body 25 is heated by the heat-generating body 25 so as to heat the gas-sensitive film 24. The temperature change subsequent to the movement of the heated gas is detected by temperature-sensing bodies 26 and 27 set at both outer ends of the heat-generating body 25, thereby, flow rate of the gas is detected.
