Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane excellent in water vapor permeability and capable of separating water vapor from nitrogen and a gas separation device using the same, and to provide a gas separation membrane capable of separating nitrogen from carbon dioxide, oxygen or VOC, or capable of separating water vapor and carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide and oxygen, water vapor and oxygen and the like in addition to separation of water vapor and nitrogen, and also to provide a gas separation device using the membrane.SOLUTION: A gas separation membrane 1 comprises a hardened material of a composition including the monomer or oligomer having an oxyethylene chain, and the polymer particle including the perfluoro side chain having a carbon fluoride main chain and a sulfone group, quaternary ammonium group or primary to tertiary amino groups.
