Title:
Gas separation membrane
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6231928
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane for a water vapor-containing gas mixture, where the membrane has high affinity to water vapor, i.e., hydrophilicity, and exhibits a higher membrane permeation rate of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: The gas separation membrane comprises a resin composition which contains an alkali metal compound (A), and a vinyl alcohol copolymer (B) having a sulfonate group and/or sulfonic acid group including a constitutional unit represented by the general formula (I). [Ris H or a C1-4 alkyl group; X is a direct bond or a C1-20 divalent group that comprises C and H and may comprise N and/or O; and G is a sulfonate group or sulfonic acid group.]
