To provide a gas separation method that is capable of separating a particular gas constituent from a raw material gas with high accuracy in an energy saved manner by a simple installation, and to provide an apparatus therefor.

The gas separation apparatus 20 separates the particular gas constituent contained in the raw gas using an absorption liquid with a function to absorb the particular gas constituent. It is provided with a hollow tube 6 to form a first passage and a second passage which are isolated with each other by a tube wall, a supply part 5 of the raw gas and the absorption liquid for supplying the absorption liquid and the raw gas into the first passage of the hollow tube 6, and an absorption liquid supply line 10 and an absorption liquid dispersing device 11 for supplying and dispersing the absorption liquid absorbing the particular gas constituent.
