Title:
GAS SHIELD ARC WELDING METHOD OF LOW HUME AMOUNT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3156412
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of reducing a hume generating amount itself in both view points of a welding wire and a shielding gas.
CONSTITUTION: A flux containing each of an iron power of 70-94wt.%, a deoxidizer of 5-25wt.%, and an arc stabilizer of 0.3-10wt.% and whose bulk density is 2.5-4.0g/cm3 is filled inside a steel outer skin so that the flux filling ratio is 15-30wt.%. A flux wire formed so that C in all the wire is under than 0.05wt.%, and Mn/Si (by weight ratio) is 2.0-4.0 is used, and the welding is executed in the shield gas which is mixed with CO2 gas in pure Ar or rough Ar by adjusting so as to be a ratio being 30-60vol.%.
