Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control oxide flaws represented by a penetrator without deteriorating productivity.
CONSTITUTION: In a gas shield welding equipment which is provided with an inner cylinder 8 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of an open pipe 5 and with an outer cylinder 10 that is in contact with a high frequency work coil 2 from inside; a shield gas piping 22, which is made of nonmagnetic material and which is provided with a shield gas injecting nozzle 23 positioned inside the pipe near a welding point, is arranged in an inner bead grinding device that is inserted into a tube, in an impeder case 16 with a built-in impeder 17, and in a mandrel 18 in which a bar, a supporter for grinding resistance, and other components are assembled in. Then, the injecting nozzle of the cooling water of the impeder 17 constituted of steel tubes is positioned away from the welding point by 400mm or more and before the inner bead grinding device 13.
