Abstract:
To provide a gas supply device capable of performing an energy-saving operation by supplementing the lack of heating capacity for preheating a solid electrolyte by heating a gas on an intake side of a gas generation unit or alternating a heating mechanism for preheating the solid electrolyte, and a gas production method using the gas supply device.SOLUTION: A gas supply device including a gas generation unit with a solid electrolyte comprises a gas generation unit, and a heat conduction mechanism which can exchange heat in a gas on the intake side or a gas on the exhaust side of the gas generation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
