Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas feeding device capable of continuously performing gas feed to the blow plug of a ladle.SOLUTION: Provided is a gas feeding device 1 comprising: a first piping 11; a second piping 12; and a third piping 13. The first piping 11 includes a first gas feed port 11a to be fed with a gas upon refining of a molten steel M stored into a ladle 2, and being the one for feeding the gas to a blow plug 2a fitted to the ladle 2. The second piping 12 includes: a pressure-accumulation cylinder 12c to be accumulated with the gas from the first gas feed port 11a; and a pressure regulation valve 12 as a gas regulation part for feeding a gas in an amount smaller than that of the first piping 11 from the pressure-accumulation cylinder 12c to the blow plug 2a. Then, the third piping 13 includes a second gas feed port 13a to be fed with the gas upon continuous casting in which the molten steel M in the ladle 2 is made to flow into a mold 4 via a tundish 3, and is connected to the second piping 12 at the gas upstream side than the pressure regulation valve 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
