Abstract:
To provide a gas supplying device in which a gas is dissolved efficiently in a liquid while restraining the gas from being emitted to the atmosphere as a loss and the energy efficiency of which is made high as a system.
This gas supplying device is constituted so that a gas separation membrane 10 is used as an emitting unit 7 for supplying the gas into the liquid 6. As a result, the gas of only the necessary amount can be dissolved in the liquid 6 without emitting the gas to the atmosphere.
