Abstract:
To provide a micro gas transport device.SOLUTION: A gas transport device is configured such that a case, a blow hole piece, a chamber frame, an actuator, an insulative frame and a conductive frame are laminated in this order. Between the actuator, the chamber frame and a suspension piece, a resonance chamber is formed, the actuator is driven interlockingly with the blow hole piece, to generate vibration, so that reciprocative vibration occurs at the suspension piece of the blow hole piece and the suspension piece is displaced, gas flows into an airflow chamber through at least one clearance of the blow hole piece, and then discharged from an exhaust hole of the case, thereby attaining transmission and fluidization of gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
